Colour grade pipelines using footage from cameras such as RED, ARRI, DJI Inspire, Sony FS7 and Panasonic GH5

Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and basic VFX and cleanup jobs

DaVinci Resolve , including Fairlight audio mixing and basic Fusion VFX.

As well as being a kick-ass editor, you’ll also need to understand and manage the nuts and bolts of our back-end. This will include learning our digital media workflows, and helping to manage and maintain our in-house networked media servers. Tasks include –

Maintain and troubleshoot our data storage infrastructure and optimise our media workflow to improve efficiency and reduce risk of data loss.

Have a basic understanding of network-based collaboration workflows such as DaVinci Resolve PostgreSQL Databases and Premiere Pro Productions.

We work hard and play hard down here in the mountains so our ideal person will be easy going, self motivated, and enjoy a fast paced, fun and varied work environment. And on the weekends you can bike, hike and ski, or just sit in the sunshine and enjoy the view with a glass of local pinot!

Our office is in a converted barn on a lifestyle property which is close to local bike trails, so you could ride to work along the beautiful Shotover River which beats traffic anyway.
