Film Otago Southland is film office for Otago and Southland and encompasses Queenstown Lakes, Dunedin, Oamaru, Southland and Fiordland. We were honoured to be chosen to produce this locations showreel for them.
The brief was to create a promo showcasing many of the most iconic landscapes and film locations in Otago and Southland. Plus weave in some specific locations where big name feature films had recently been shot, to attract more big budget productions to come and shoot in our stunning backyard.
See if you can spot the Queenstown locations. We used a Shotover F1 camera system to shoot incredible heli aerials, Mo-Co timelapse and our DJI Inspire 2 drones to capture the beauty and diverse landscapes this region has to offer.
