The Waitaki District Council hired Storyworks to produce a film highlighting the strong sense of remembrance that lives on in Oamaru. The film was part of a pitch to attract Sir Peter Jackson’s “Great War” Exhibition to be permanently located in Oamaru. It was a real privilege to film WWII veterans Selwyn and Jim and all of the other proud members of the Waitaki community.
